The Schematic Design Phase allows a close study and interface of thoughts and visions between the client and the R. Youngblood & Co. design team. Resulting from our initial client meeting, our design team will transmit their unique visions to a set of schematic studies. These schematic studies will pose the approvals from the client on the project style, approach & budget.

Following the approval of the schematic studies and budget establishment, we will proceed into our design development stage. Within our design development we internally ensure all items pertaining to the schematic direction are considered, communicated and identified that support the actual build process for the project. Items such as detailed project specifications, municipality ordinance approvals, trade meetings, material selections and required revisions are completed. The developed drawings now serve as the project master plan and allows for precise cost conclusions for the clients review and approval.

With detailed and approved project design in hand, we will begin the construction and installation of your project. Due to the extreme importance of proper design interpretation, it is our inclination to fully design and construct our projects, bringing over 30 years of landscape excellence, knowledge and talent into your project. Our finely selected in-house crews and craftsman specialists will transform your design into reality with our fine touch of Garden Artistry.
